Response based practice changes the healing of those that have experienced violence.

This video is not meant to blame or shame a parent for what they did or did not do but more for information and what we can do now to heal and/or is also information for parents who need some guidance. We often did not learn this information from our own families.

Many people think differently and we need to meet them where there are at rather than try to change them.

This can really help when feeling anxious or overwhelmed.
