Call instead of text
When doing school or work, don’t have your phone on desk
Pay attention to your body and emotions
Parents can use Screen Time app for iphones or the Digital Wellbeing app for Android phones
Some parents use Shaw Blue Curve, Telus, The Circle, Bark, OurPact to control wifi
Pornography
You can put restrictions on your cell phone or other devices and give someone else the password so you cannot get past them. Be aware that people access porn through instagram, reddit and gaming consoles as well.
